Betty Ann Eising, of Highland, and more formerly of Allen Park, and Cheboygan, passed away peacefully on June 16th, 2021, while surrounded by her family. She was 80 years old.
Betty was well known as “Miss Betty” from the Miss Betty’s School of Dance, while she resided in Cheboygan. She was the owner and dance instructor of the dance studio. Her family has called her the “foundation of the home”. She cared for, and along with her husband Dale, babysat their grandchildren and watched them grow into the people they are today. She was and will always be remembered as an “Amazing Grandmother”. Her family and friends always came over to the house. Not only to swim in their pool, but to enjoy the time they had together over food, and spontaneous card games, like poker and euchre. Betty and her sisters will be forever known as the “Blue Hairs”. They enjoyed going many times to Las Vegas and the local casino’s. Betty will be missed by so many.
Daughter of the late, Carl and Mary Cole, Betty is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Retired Fireman, Dale Eising; daughters, Kimberly (Kirk) Knapp, and Carie (Rick) Woodall; grandchildren, Travis (Kelsey) Knapp and Tyler Knapp, Caden, and Kacie Woodall; sister, Mary Whitehead; also many extended family and dear friends.
Betty is preceded in death by her twin children, Dale and Dawn; siblings, Earl, Virginia, Robert, and Doris.
