Obituary for Carol W. Bielman

Carol W. Bielman died peacefully in the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 1, 2021.  She was 86 years old.

Carol was born in Lewiston, Maine, on February 8, 1935 to parents, Warren and (Mary) Winifred Rowe. Carol earned her nursing degree from Grace Hospital School of Nursing Detroit, class of 1955.  She was very proud of this accomplishment and her classmates became life long friends.

On June 8, 1957, Carol married her true love, Frederick J. Bielman at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church in Beverly Hills, Michigan. Together they raised four children and resided in Beverly Hills, Troy, Holly, and Davison Michigan. Many of their neighbors truly held a special place in her heart.

Carol enjoyed her dogs, gardening, beaches, her cottage Up North, and taking walks.  She was a very positive person, easy to please, and someone who never complained.  Carol accepted everything beautifully, was full of stories, and loved sharing memories.

Faith was important to her and she always relied on God to guide her. She commonly stated “I would never change one thing in my life” and “I have nothing to complain about”.  She will be forever missed.

Carol is survived by her children, Catherine (Steven) Edwards, Michael (Ann) Bielman, Christopher (Susan) Bielman, and Margaret (Randy) Pauly; grandchildren, Keith (Tera) Edwards, Sarah (Michael) Hopen, Lisa (Nishant) Trivedi, Megan (Robert) MacKinnon, Joshua Bielman, Amanda Bielman, Ryan (Samantha) Bielman, Marie Bielman, Colleen Bielman, Danielle Bielman, Elizabeth Pauly, Kristen (Phillip) Allen, and Amber Pauly; 8 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Paul Rowe. She also had many nieces and nephews, who she held dear to her heart.

Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frederick J. Bielman; sister-in-laws, Therese Rowe and Joan Taylor; and her brother-in-law, John Taylor.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date, possibly in the spring.   For further information, please contact Lynch & Sons at 248-684-6645.
