Obituary for Eva E. Ryan

Eva Evelyn Ryan (Roy), a longtime resident of Highland, passed away in the loving care of her family November 1, 2013 at the age of 96.

Eva was preceded in death by Jim Ryan, her beloved husband of 66 years and her son Ronald James Ryan, son-in-law Bob Beauregard and brothers Leo Roy, Nelson Roy and Ernest Roy.

In addition to her daughter Diane Beauregard and son Dave (Diane) Ryan, Eva is survived by her daughter-in-law Darlene Ryan; 11 grandchildren: Linda Beauregard-Vasquez, Robert (Lisa) Beauregard, Karen Dunsworth, Nancy (Mike) Emerson, Donna (Kevin) Warr, Janet LaFontise, Jamie Ryan, Carolyn (Chris) Blair, Dan (Kelly) Ryan, Pat (Karen) Ryan, and Deanna Ryan; 17 great-grandchildren: Katherine Beauregard, Sean and Chelsea Beauregard, Brooke and Blake Dunsworth, Matthew and Melissa Emerson, Chris, Carolyn, Cory, Curtis, Cameron Warr, Owen Blair, Raquel and Kyle Ryan, Maggie and Max Ryan.

Eva was a woman of many talents and she was always able to adapt to the needs of her times. Ever the devoted wife and mother, Eva used her best talents to keep a beautiful home for Jim and her children.

Eva will be remembered as the beloved Matriarch of the Ryan family. Her truest legacy is that of love and the family that grew all around her.

Funeral Liturgy to be held from Church of the Holy Spirit, 3700 N. Harvey Lake Rd., Highland on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 11 AM. The Rev. Fr. Wayne Ureel to officiate. Burial Highland Cemetery. Visitation will begin Monday from 9 AM until time of service.

Memorials encouraged to: Church of the Holy Spirit Building Fund or for a Mass to be said in Eva�s memory.
