He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret; his cherished daughters, Debra Lynn (Sandro Viselli) Hoover and Sherri Ann (Brent) Nutting; dear sister, Cheryl Ann (Bart Bartosic) Fulton. He was preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Evelyn Hoover and grew up in Huntington Woods, Michigan. Howard and Margaret were high school sweethearts graduating from Berkley High School and married in 1968 when he graduated from Michigan State University. He was a Vietnam veteran and served in the United States Army proudly. He retired from Walbridge Aldinger Construction Company a few years ago, as one of their chief estimators and was enjoying his favorite hobby of classic car cruising.
