Obituary for Jeffrey Michael Mineau

On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, Jeffery Mineau, a resident of Wixom, MI, loving son, fiancé, brother and friend passed away at the age of 45.

Jeffery was born on October 24, 1974 in Livonia, Michigan to Bob and Diane Mineau. He was a 1993 graduate of Stevenson High School and continued to pursue his education at Schoolcraft College.

Jeff had most recently been employed with Letica Corporation as a Purchasing Manager for over 15 years.

In 1989 he began working at AMC Movie Theatre where he would meet the love of his life Erin Curtin. After many years of dating he proposed in 2017 and the two began building their future together. Planning was underway for their New Year Eve wedding celebration December 31, 2020.

Jeffery loved the Red Wings, traveling with friends and spending time with his parents, brother and nephew. He will be forever remembered for his quick wit, compassionate spirit and kind heart.

He is survived by his parents, Robert and Diane Mineau; fiancé, Erin Curtin; brother, Robert James Mineau Sr.; nephews, Robert James Mineau Jr. and Brendan Patrick Mineau; Lifelong friend, Ivan Harris as well as many cousins, extended family members and close friends.

Committal Prayers will be held at Milford Memorial Cemetery on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 12:30 PM.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jeff's name to the American Heart Association or Bucky’s Promise Fund For Canine Cardiac Research at Michigan State University.
