Obituary for Robert Ralph Roselle

Robert Ralph Roselle, a life long resident of the Village of Milford, died peacefully May 30, 2020 at the age of 79.

He was born on April 18, 1941 to parents Frank and Berle Roselle. He graduated from Milford High School in 1961 then served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 6 years. He was a member of the Milford Township Fire Department for 43 years. Bob spent his working career at the Milford GM Proving Grounds, retiring after 35 years of employment.

Bob enjoyed camping, family gatherings and barbecues, woodworking, and spending time in nature - bird and wildlife watching. Of most importance to Bob was his family that he treasured, his wife, his children, his grandchildren and great grandchild, as well as his many friends and the community in which he lived and served.

Bob is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Saige Roselle, brother, Edward Roselle, and son-in-law, David Reed.

He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 58 years, Bette, his children Sharon (Dwight) Burton, Sandra Roselle, Suzanne (Ray) Robbins, Scott (Shari’) and Steven Roselle; grandchildren Jennifer, James, Christopher, Sawyer, Ray, Jessica, Troy, Ben, Ashley, Nathan, Michael, Emma, Demi’, Blake and Ikiyonna; great granddaughter, Liliana; his sisters, Doris (John) Turnage and June Roselle, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.
