Obituary for Shirley R. Kowalski
Shirley R. Kowalski, of White Lake, MI, and more recently of Melborne, FL, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness, on January 23, 2022. She was 85 years old.
Daughter of the late Clarence and Ruby Ryan, Shirley is survived by her children, Susan (Joe) Donovan, and James Kowalski; grandchildren, Megan (Lee Ridenour) Piotrowski and Kevin Piotrowski; brother, Chuck Ryan; niece, L. Kellie (Rick) Frederick; nephews, John and Tom Pogacnik; also many extended family and dear friends.
Shirley is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 39 years, Edward Kowalski; partner of 15 years, Jerry Callender; foster sister, Nancy (Vince) Pogacnik; sister-in-law, Koffaline Ryan.
Visitation will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty St., Milford, MI 48381 on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 from 3 - 8pm.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9040 Hutchins Rd, White Lake, MI 48386, on Friday, January 28th, 2022 at 11 AM with gathering beginning at 10AM.
